Hello! I'm Shannon Knapp and I am a speech-language pathologist practicing in the El Dorado Hills, California area. I have had the privilege of providing speech and language therapy services to individuals of a variety of ages (18 months - 18 years) and with a variety of priority goals. My therapy style offers a balance of traditional structure and play. Especially when working with very young children, evidence indicates that relationship-based treatment provides immense benefits. I specialize in working with children who have speech sound disorders and children who stutter. I also believe that movement, music, and multi-sensory learning opportunities have immense power to provide therapeutic benefits.
